Brian Buck

Brian started his insurance carrier in 2006 as an Account Executive with Universal Underwriters Group.

He learned the unique exposures of the auto repair industry through extensive training, field underwriting and by insuring a niche group of accounts. He later expanded his niche markets and began writing Tow Trucks, Salvage Yards and Independent Auto dealers. He earned “rookie of the year” title in 2006 and continued on to make Presidents Club the next 4 of 5 years. In 2011 he was hired by Pearl Insurance as a Regional Director to help start their automotive garage liability program. Over the next 6 years he worked with a multitude of garage carriers, helped forge new markets and establish relationships with some of the largest most reputable garage liability carriers in the nation. He was awarded Chairman’s Club and was the number one Regional Director in the company 5 out of 6 years.

He learned that acting as a broker for his customers gave him better control of his customers’ premiums while providing the latest and best coverage available. Brian believes in treating customers like family and that taking a little extra time with insureds explaining coverages is a necessity. He sees major losses annually and knows that taking short cuts while setting up an insurance program can have detrimental effects. Brian’s extensive background in garage liability risk management has taught him how to address and help control loss sensitive risks thru better controls and processes.
